We were very pleased with the first session despite the fact that we didn’t used qualifying tyres.
I had a clear lap when I set the fastest time and the 07S felt really nice. I am very happy with it as ever. There was a lot of traffic in the second session and, just as we decided to go out on the qualifiers, a red flag came out.
We reckon we can keep the pressure up on the Porsches.
The team plans to install a new engine today prior to the second pair of qualifying sessions.

Arrived in Valencia this afternoon to start coaching a new Formula Renault driver.
Jake Rosenzweig has been very succesfull in karting and will this year take part in the Euro and WEC Formula Renault 2.0 championships. Having coached Dani Clos in 2006 to 11wins and the Italian championship i look forward to working with Jake. Sure its going to be a tuff year as its Jakes 1st year in cars but already i am impressed and i havnt even started working with him!! Another day here in Valencia tomorrow and then 2 days in Barcelona to start moving him in the right diretion. Isnt it nice fo the F1 boys to clean the track for us hehe
Dani was in the paddock coaching the Prema Racig team drivers, i will need to get my comission from him for using my teaching methods !!

Had an interesting <!> day teaching my friend Neil how to drive his new BMW M3 CSL. It was a nice dry day with only a little bit of rain in the afternoon. Neil managed to just about keep it on the black stuff and only managed to spin once.
